Nazir Khara born in 1978 in Kabul, He Graduated from Music School after that he got his bachelor in Music, on Classical Music Training Center in India.
later he worked with Music Education Department and the Union of Artists in Afghanistan.
In 1996 He Moved to Netherland up to 2006 later he came back to Afghanistan as Judge in Afghan Star in TOLO TV up to three years
